see there's a link at the bottom or the top of the page that says

%26lt;div%26gt; blahb lah blah .. %26lt;a href="theirsite.com(whatever"%26gt; and blah blah blah )border="0" or wahtever .. oaky ..

Well you need to delte that part of the code that says %26lt;a href="blah blah blah"%26gt; and info here and then it has this at the end %26lt;/a%26gt; and taht's the reason why your thing is at the top of your page or says you got the layout from there. you also might wanna delte the %26lt;div%26gt; part and the end of that too . the end of it is this %26lt;/div%26gt; So hopefully I helped you out there .. so just keep waht you got and just delete them links ..
