Now that i have the website 2 set up my banner 4 myspace. How do I Set the BIG Banner up and Post it

I already have Myspacesupport.com. but I don't understand how 2 set up my picture. i just need some specific instructions on how 2 set the banner up with my pic 2 make it look hot!!!, on Myspacesupport.com or another site. and then I need 2 know where Do I go 2 post it @ tha very top of Myspace....It's kind of tricky!
